Please do not mark your order for pick up, unless you will be able to pick up your order at WMFD TV in Mansfield, Ohio. Nothing regarding this order will be at will call at the festival.

How to Redeem Thy Complimentary Ticket.

Good gentle, rejoice. A comp ticket hath found its way into thy possession, and glad tidings abound. It remains valid any day of the festival season. There is but one small quest before thee, thou must redeem thy chosen day this year. Wherefore, thou ask. This noble deed will help us maintain attendance caps, so that every soul who passes through our gates, thyself included, may enjoy the very best festival experience the realm can offer. Fewer crowds at the turkey leg stand, more elbow room at the joust. Everyone wins. Thy Quest, in Four Simple Steps.

Summon thy trusty camera. Point thy phones camera at the QR code and scan away. No sorcery required, tis but modern magic.

Behold, the promo code appeareth. The code automatically applies itself. Verily, thou needs not lift a finger nor type a single letter.

Choose thy day of merriment. Select the adult or child ticket for the date thou wishes to attend the festival. And fear not. Even should thy chosen day sell out, thy comp request shall remain valid. Thy place among the revelers is assured.

Click on thy button that reads, Continue to Special Events, and choose, for a fee, any special events you want to partake of that day. Click, Checkout, when thee is ready to proceed.

Receive thy ticket by messenger. Accept delivery by text message or email, whichever carrier pigeon suites thee best.
